| jimbo Was up at St Abbs and the Farnes 10 days ago with some of the club i belong to. Unfortuneatly the weather got the better of us, and yes, the skipper as well, for most of the St Abbs trip. However, the Farnes were amazing, blue skys, great skipper,( paul, Farne Island Divers ), gullies, swimthroughs, seals nibblling at our fins and playing with the smb's. 1st time up there for me. Am a dedicated southern jessie, but it was just great. Fantastic scenery, castles everywhere, well Alnwick and Bamburgh, oh, and the obligatory trips to distilleries. A trip thoroughly enjoyed. |
