Have these coords from the Brid Lifeboat Station;

Longbenton 53 53.136N 000 00.372W

That said, not sure what is pre-programmed into the ribs gps.

When I have dived the wreck we have launched from Hornsea - it is about 20 mins from there.

Its a cracking dive in a max depth of 20m, plenty of life, the boilers stand proud of the seabed and the prop is still visible.

Hi,
Nice choice, but a lot easier if you launch from Hornsea £20. (4 Miles to wreck)
Co ordinates are N 53 53 111 W 00 00 397. Stern stands about 4 M proud. Average depth 18 to 20 M.
Regards
Daz
Here are some snaps from yesterday not brill but will give you an isea of viz etc

Q. Why did the razorbill raise her bill?

Any info on diving on the east coast would be really appreciated some say a book Dive Yorkshire is really good but is out of print I have Ron Youngs which Im sure you dont need me to say how good they are. Thanks

Cheers to Markybish and his buddy for joining us. We had a little bimble around the ore ship, hopefully I'll get round to editing and posting the vid this evening.

Spot on

Just to say thank you for the help in planning our diving yesterday. We dived the long benton, launched at hornsea and found the facilities and the tractor drivers very helpful. found it particularly challenging as it was breaking very high over the bow but had a fantastic day like it said in the brochure.
