Had a cool dive with Venus and Weazelz while it was still light, thanks guys and another where we started as a 4 then I went on with Scuttler. Thanks Scuttle-bug and great to dive with you at last I hope the journey home was okay

Very happy with the backplate and webbing and now need to tighten just a tiny weeny bit as I'm am satisfied that the only way out is using the break .............. Oooh, it just thundered

Caught up with Dude, teased Mark and it was lovely to see Hoges and daughter again Was there cake ? Did I miss it

I had a good chat with Arthur and he has mooted putting on evenings for a nice bit of night diving as a package. Idea being a set price is paid that includes entrance/dive, a beer/drink and a meal (eg chicken curry) all in for, say, £15. Minimum 10 divers required
I thought this sounded quite a good idea as Wraysbury get paid up front and know they can afford to open. If people pay and don't come they haven't lost out. I think it's just an idea at the moment and Arthur would be interested to hear people thoughts. I said that, with Christmas coming it might best be started next year and Arthur confirmed that there will be a scheduled Wednesday evening in January - I think he said the 9th. Also I gather Wraysbury is opening on Jan 1st 2008 and that sounds like fun

The next scheduled Wednesday evening at Wraysbury is the 19th December and the new toilet and changing block should be finished by then

I'm not sure whether I can make the 19th yet but if I'm not diving I will be making every effort to pop by anyway So .............

Andy - thanks for taping my neck seal, I was nice and dry. It has now completely ripped so I'll be getting another ready for next spring

Dude - thanks so much for the hat, I did manage to wear both hats in such a way that my Spring Boks was still showing

Scuttler - thanks for analysing my cells (Typhoon heated vest .... what a waste of money that was!)

Ahem, " next spring" !!!! Surely we can get you diving again before then! Look into neoprene, although I imagine you have a very slender neck. Still if your head's just as small you'll be ok

Actually, I now have a thick head and stuffed up nose so I may not make it to the club tonight I'm only 5 minutes away if you want to pop round and collect, pretty sure you have my number. Wear your armour

Look you ! My Greenforce made a much nicer glow than your Salvo. I was actually quite surprised at how 'yellow' yours seemed and as for "warming the pond" .... At least I can keep mine on above the water without causing a melt down

AND mine ain't no "girly torch" It's the Alsation's kahunas
