cold Matt, cold enough that we only spent 15mins down the pit, shallower was toasty warm

well I'm lying, shallow was cold as well

viz was clear enough, we were first down the pit so was a good 6m+
second dive was coach/stang/helo, about 5m viz
even with limited viz it was very light at depth

it was cold getting kitted up, cold getting in, cold in the water and cold getting out of the water

the only thing not cold was the nice girl at the burger counter

I did not make theis trip due to various traffic incidents on the way to and from Kent on Saturday. Though I did have a excellent cup of tea with the filling station lady at Dive machine in Tonbridge. We did not get home until close on midnight, and my kit was not ready at this point so it was safer to bin the dive than survive on about 4 hours of sleep.

I was doing training at Stoney on Saturday - Great Viz on the 6m shelf, and on the Helicopter. Water temp at 20m was 7deg.

We had 3 Ocean Diver trainees, in semi-dry suits and successfully completed 3rd and 4th open water dives!
