I'd just like to add (having been there twice now) what a shit place this is.. for me it is an hours drive for shit viz, comedic depth and staff who have no idea of what customer service is about. I do however go for the social side..

How do I put this, if you dont like the service, vis, depth ect, don't go.
I have used Wraysbury for the last 8 years and never had a problem with any member of the staff, also it is a training lake, not the red sea, you know how deep the lake is dont expect depth, you know the viz in a London lake is sh1t so don't expect viz. Just don't go.
