Can't help on the diving front i'm afraid... but 65 dives seems like a lot - which trip are you doing...? Highest limit I've seen is 50 for the Red Sea marine parks.

Who has given you the dive count requirement ?

This is from the Blueo2 website and I thought was pretty standard now for the Redsea.

Minimum Diving Requirements: (not applicable to non-diving guests)
  • All diving liveaboard trips:
    - PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent
  • All itineraries visiting marine parks (Brother Islands, Rocky, Zabarghad, Daedalus):
    - PADI Advanced Open Water or equivalent
    - Minimum of 50 logged dives
