2 Very enjoyable dives testing out holiday kit but by christ my hands were so cold even on the 2nd dive where I wore 5mm gloves instead of my normal 3mm.
Good to meet up with you lot. Martin sorry about your camera m8 what a horrible sight seeing housing half full of water.

Had a great first dive still getting comfortable with twins unfortunately my wing torn a little and was exposing the bladder around the pull dump so i opted out of the second dive Martin looked extremely comfortable with his box of death especially considering it was his first dive away from instructors. The box looks to be very well made purely from an engineering point of view ( i know bugger all about RB's really) But that unit could seriously tempt me to find out more not sure i could get away with that only costing £50 though It was a pleasure to meet up with you all i thoroughly enjoyed my one dive though i was bloody freezing by the end of the hour and became extremely jealous of druid living the dream of taking time off work and doing what he feels like for a while hearing about 4 months in the red sea sounds like

Thanks again guys hopefully you'll agree to dive with me again sometime

Thanks to everyone that came today. Camera is drying out - I'm hoping for a miracle.

Steve - you know, you just know that you want one.

Martin your an absolute w*nker of the highest order i've just spent at least 3 hrs reading up on RB's My plan is to wait and see how reliable your unit turns out to be if you die on it i'll recover you that way i get a free unit I maybe up for a chat at some point in the future though

It was good to meet you guys. I had a couple of good dives, like Sparky I'm still getting comfortable with my twins so Capernwray was an ideal place to get in a couple of easy dives.

You'll be thinking that my middle name is Jonah, though I don't usually bring such bad luck to my buddies though - one broken wing, one flooded camera

Steve, you do realise that my 4 months in Dahab cost less than Martin's rebreather? Might be easier to explain a new bit of shiny kit than a 4 month absence though
