<font color='#000080'>We should be able to sort smoething on the day, but knowing this lot yuo'll have 20 offers from aging sad men. I on the other hand am just a sad man, young, but that's about all that's going for me!

There is a thread running on finding a buddy too, so you might want to post in there. Qualification levels and experience are a useful guide for potential buddies too.
