does any one know where i can get a manual/ instructions for a bristol duplex mod 49.7.60 compressor from i have googled it with no luck

I think you will find the model is a 4S7/60.

strange world, I have just got my hands on a Bristol duplex and am searching the web for any imformation. I suppose it might come down to basics like how often to change the oil,air filter , clean the water filters and how to do it. Are there any good sites to get a better idea of how to run these things.

Thanks in advance , plus free air if you ever make it to the outer Hebrides.

Sorry to revive an old thread. I'm also looking for a manual for a Bristol 4S7.60 compressor - can anyone suggest where to obtain one? Preferably electronically, as I'm located in Australia.

I've picked up a 2nd hand unit with some storage banks I wanted. I already have two Bauers, which are all the compressor I really need.

I want to learn a bit more about it, and either refurb it to replace my portable (petrol powered unit), or sell it.
