| I am trying to find 7000- or 9000mAh NiMH "D" size rechargeable cells - tagged or otherwise... Not cheap, so any good sites out there? Failing that, (2nd hand ?)bargain-bucket 4500mAh NiCads would do at a pinch. I need 10...and a second mortgage by the looks of it! |

| Imported post Do they have to be D cells? I found that I could get 4 1800mAH AA's and use them in parallel (gave me 7.2AH) for cheaper then I got get a D cell. In the end I think I got mine from www.7dayshop.com But there are bloody hundreds of suppliers out there, I ended up just spending about an hour on the net find them before plumping for 7dayshop, but this was about 6months aho so no doubt things will have changed.
