| Imported post <font color='#000080'>Does anyone have a pair of spring fin straps and if so could you tell me: Spring outside dia Relaxed length over the coils (inside end loops) Wire diameter Thanks. Mucho wonga for spring straps seems silly to me when I can buy a stainless spring for much less.

| Imported post Made some myself, well worth the effort. They look very homemade but work really well, I may even make another set for my new twin jets (the buckle on these is a bitch with cold hands!)

| Imported post <font color='#000080'>Yes- they all seem to be 11" and you cut them down from there. Local spring supplier- £3.11+VAT for a 24" stainless spring to the above size. Or 50 quid for a pair of straps from Denney diving. Hmmmm. Which one, I wonder? BTW- the rubber straps that come with ND jetfins are weak as a kitten and snapped 1st time I tried them. Am messing with bungee at the moment but seeing s the springs are that cheap and I have yards of nylon tube at work, I think they are the way to go. Unless anyone has negative feedback on them??

| Imported post I would be interested in a parts kit and a pic of the asembly if you could rustle one up. I was wondering if any one has put these things on a set of Avanti Quatros?? if so how. ATB Mark Chase

| Imported post <font color='#000080'>I'll do a bit of experimentation and post a reply. The only tricky bit would be the part that joins the spring to the end fitting (whatever that may be). I can turn bits of stainless here at work to make some very nice fittings to fit Jet Fins but as for other makes, it all depends on how the strap is currently mounted to the fin.
