| Imported post <font color='#000080'>My second hand mares BCD doesn't have any D-rings on it and I'm already running out of places to put things, a problem that will only get worse as I progress. Am unlikely to be able to afford to replace the bcd for a while so wondered where to buy D-rings and whether they'd be strong enough for heavy equipment (eg cylinders) if sewn on with a domestic sewing machine. Anyone else done this and what were the results? Thanks. Iestyn. |

| Imported post <font color='#000080'>Just got my weight harness repaired by the local cobbler who made a bloody good job of it and only charged me 2 quid. If you can find someone to do the same then you are onto a winner. Stainless D rings dead cheap at www.marinestore.co.uk or even cheaper from CSB Marine, Birmingham (no website, sorry).
