<font color='#0000FF'>Is it straight forward enough to carry out this conversion yourself or do you recommend a visit to a LDS?

Don't suppose anyone wants to swap a DIN

Converters are available at most on line stores, just pick one you like. No it's not difficult.

It's dead simple - unscrew the A, screw in the DIN.

They can be a bit tight. &nbsp; The easiest way to get the old A clamp off is to use a large adjusable spanner arount the outside of the A clamp as the flats of the nut are a bit wider than the A clamp. &nbsp; It is a good idea to take the hoses off first to avoid stressing them.

<font color='#0000FF'>Just send it to Apeks who will do it for £20 and check it over in the process!

Don't even charge you postage.

<font color='#0000FF'>No, but they'll check the IP and see if it's okay i.e. nothing apparently wrong.

Dave, I've had them for a while now, but have seen the error of my ways in choosing the A Clamp version
