You have to tell the "husband" that if you have to spend the rest of the weekend washing kit then you won't bother diving in cold, murky UK and will only dive abroad. Hey presto "husband" automatically washes kit for you while you recover!

I did it the other way round my wife cleans all the dive kit, (with the exception of my rebreather which I do myself), while I cook the sunday roast works well for us all I have to do is help her with the cylinders and drysuits

Just a simple dustbin in the back garden, throw all the kit in when we get home, leave to soak, hang drysuit over frence and spray with hose. Leave normally over night, then hang on ladders and washing line to dry. Being a student in a student house we dont have a garage so it stays outside untill the rain holds off long enough for it to dry!............easy

Gear Boxes are a good way of carrying as well as washing gear, picture shows some in the gear store Lot France I have four . As well as the boxes are Al Wallace and Sue (Mrs ward) nor 100% sure what she is doing with her hands.

They can be purchased from Solent Plastics

I enjoy watching the lovely patterns of salt crystals forming on rubber hoses as the salt leaches out when they're allowed to dry without washing...
