Just thought I would let you all know about the great level of service that I just received from Custom Divers.

Went to use my CD 10W HID umbillacle torch at the weekend and found that I had lost the o ring that seals the battery cannister.

Emailed CD to find out how much a new one would be, or the size so that I could see if I could get a new one somewhere quickly.

CD emailed back to say send in your address and they will post one out to me free of charge.

New o ring arrived today - fantastic service in my opinion.
