Another big thumbs up for O'Three

    Well,

After 3 dives of 45, 73 and 45 minutes a piece I can confirm that my Ri2/100 drysuit did actually leak somewhat judging by how wet I was on exit from Chesil beach each time!

Anyways stops off at O'Three and asked them to check it out for me they quickly said neckseal. So a few minutes in the shop checking it and it seems that (a) it has probably stretched in the two years I have been using it and (b) losing weight has also made my neck smaller!

No problems though as they will tweak the seal and take 2cm out of it for me within a week and all at no charge as it is part of the O'Three service.

Chuffed and well done to O'Three. That was why I bought one after all

    Smile O3 SECOND TO NONE

Got my suit 18 months ago R1/200 had neck seal tweaked twice ....it stretched or I lost weight ? wrist seals tweaked and then a cuff joint started to split ..well it does get a lot of use ...all fixed in couple of days turnaround (almost instant) for no cost.
and they will push the boat out on a repair so you don't miss a trip !
Well chuffed .......had a top of the range DUI (WHICH WAS MORE LIKE A SEMI DRY) before that and their after sales was useless ...no to put it blunt they were sh*t...6 emails and no reply to even acknowledge my message ! Had it put right by O3 in the end who fixed it for pennies .......so sold it and lined up to buy an O3
Cannot speak highly of them enough and the only company up there with them is Mr Perrin and his amazing shiney stuff !(Kent tooling)

Well I haven't bought a new suit yet but as a certain other company can not be bothered to even ring me back after a couple of reminders then guess where I'm going ?
