| Sunday 18th September 2005 Portland Coastguard The dive boat Seabug in a position 11.5 miles southeast of Anvil Point reported that a diver onboard had missed 25 minutes of decompression stops. The dive details were passed to the recompression chamber at Poole who recommended that the diver be evacuated. Coastguard helicopter R-WB airlifted the diver to the Poole recompression chamber. Clyde Coastguard Following a report from the dive boat Clutha that a diver had missed a decompression stop medical advice was sought from the Aberdeen Hyperbaric Unit. As a result of this advice Largs RNLI Inshore Lifeboat and Cumbrae Coastguard Rescue Team assisted in transferring the casualty to the hyperbaric chamber on the Isle of Cumbrae. |

| Friday 23rd September 2005 Clyde Coastguard Royal Naval Helicopter R-177 evacuated a diver suffering from decompression sickness from Tarbert, Loch Fyne to the recompression chamber at Millport on Great Cumbrae. |

| Saturday 24th September 2005 Portland Coastguard Coastguard Helicopter R-WB evacuated a male diver from the dive vessel Blue Turtle approximately 5nm South of Burton Bradstock, West Dorset. The diver was showing signs of decompression sickness on returning to the suface and was transported to the recompression chamber at Poole. |

| Sunday 25th September 2005 Shetland Coastguard The dive support vessel Radiant Queen landed two divers at Houton Pier. They were then transported by ambulance to the Sula Hyperbaric Unit at Stromness in Orkney. Brixham Coastguard The dive boat Uncle John requested ambulance assistance for a diver who had recently completed a dive off Plymouth Breakwater and was feeling unwell. The casualty was transferred to the DDRC for assessment. Clyde Coastguard Clyde Coastguard received a request from Inverclyde Hospital to assist in the transfer of a diver, who was suffering from Decompression Sickness, to the Hyperbaric Chamber at Millport. Largs RNLI Inshore Lifeboat was tasked and Cumbrae Coastguard Rescue Team assisted in the transfer of the patient from the lifeboat to an ambulance. |

| Tuesday 27th September 2005 Shetland Coastguard A call was received from the dive boat Jean Elaine that a diver had surfaced from a 36m dive and was complaining of a dull ache in his arms. Shetland Coastguard alerted the Balfour Hospital who organised medical reception for the vessel when it arrived at Stromness. The diver was subsequently admitted to the Hyperbaric Unit. |

| Thursday 29th September 2005 Portland Coastguard Portland Coastguard scrambled Coastguard Helicopter R-WB to the dive boat Blue Turtle who reported that two divers had missed decompression stops. The divers were transferred to the Poole Hyperbaric Unit. |

| Friday 30th September 2005 Shetland Coastguard Shetland Coastguard were informed by the Orkney Hyperbaric Unit that, due to a diving incident, the recompression chamber in Stromness would be in use until approximately 2100 in the evening. |

| Saturday 1st October 2005 Portland Coastguard The dive vessel Goose reported that a male diver was displaying symptoms of Decompression Sickness off Kings Pier on the east side of Portland. The diver was airlifted by Coastguard Helicopter R-WB to the Poole Hyperbaric Unit. Clyde Coastguard Tobermory Lifeboat, Lochaline Coastguard Rescue Team, RN Helicopter R-177 and Oban Lifeboat were tasked when a 999 call was received indicating that four divers were being swept out to sea after a shore dive in the Sound of Mull. Three divers made shore unaided whilst the fourth was rescued from the water by Tobermory Lifeboat. |

| Saturday 8th October 2005 Clyde Coastguard Kames and Inverary Coastguard Rescue Teams along with Tighnabruaich RNLI Inshore Lifeboat and a local dive boat rescued two stranded divers from Minard Island in Loch Fyne. Of the four in the party, two were stranded on the island and two drifted ashore in their disabled dive boat. No injuries were sustained |
