I see that prat solo diver Mr Harvey has got off scott free police say no charges are being considered so I supose us tax payers will foot the £10,000 bill

what if the resources he was wasting could have been better served at another GENUINE emergency??? how would you explain that to the family of a victim - sorry we couldnt devot all our time and resources as we were looking for another chap but it turns out he was faking it and no isnt going to have to pay a penny!!!!!!
