I dunno, but it's quite interesting reading the whole thread to see the dynamic that went on. Whether intentionally or not, it did seem to have a very obvious correlation in it.

It seems that Leviathan got hit with more Halcyon litigation. I think initial reports are that this is being resolved, but it might be a while until they are up and running.
However, no firm confirmation of this as yet.

Outside of all the litigation there are still people who have paid a lot of money for a product in good faith. It is not their concern what ideas belonged to who. It makes little difference to them when their torch has stopped working.. A non working torch is still a non working torch no matter whose design it was originally..

Hopefully they will get it sorted soon - so whoever is going to provide service can start doing so to their customers.

Hang on a minute. It's not more Halcyon litigation, it's the courts chasing up the assets that were moved improperly. Halcyon have the right to chase up the moneys owing to them by Barry/Salvo, and just because someone thought they could get away with aquiring those assets for little or no money that doesn't change.
