WARNING - OFFSHORE WINDS ARE A HAZARD TODAY

A young child had a very lucky escape today after being blown out to sea on an inflatable rubber ring. The eight year old was plucked from the sea by a fishing boat which responded to Swansea Coastguards emergency radio broadcast.
