A husband allegedly chopped off his wife’s tongue to stop her nagging. Enadul Mullick dragged his wife Halima to the kitchen where he held her down and used a cleaver to mutilate her, it was clamed. The 40-year-old told police he was fed up with her complaints about his low income as a grocer. The victim, 30, was yesterday fighting for her life in hospital in Calcutta, India. It is not know whether her tongue has been re-attached.

It's not fair that women sees this as unfair as my wife always tells me if she catches me doing , this and that she would cut my p......, which is out tool of trade, and now i can start telling her that if she does not stop I will cut her tongue :P

Have you ever tried to hold someones tongue, there pretty darned slippery, now imagine you have a meat cleaver in one hand do you honestly beleive that this woman would have just nicely sat there with her toung sticking out.

I am a little dubious.

maybe installing a zip would have been a better way to go about it. That way you could shut her up but at the same time not be held on such a serious charge.

You were suggesting that your wife considered that your p...s was a 'tool of the trade', so suggesting that you could cut her tounge off using the same argument means that if it was a 'tool of the trade' ... well ... erm..
