Question quick question for the IT peeps
Hi all

Does anyone know of a good website for computer supplies?

I'm after a docking station for a Sony vaio FX503 - but Sony have recently stopped making it, I'm sure i can get it somewhere but just need pointing in the right direction.

I'm not an IT person, but I have a fair amount of kit. I buy quite a few bits of kit on at www.scan.co.uk... but also, if you search www.dealtime.co.uk, you often find some very useful sites.

There appears to be what Sony call a docking station, but others call a port replicator here;

yes the name might be the problem, when i ordered my new IBM lap top there wasn't a docking station on the catalogue, then I was told thatthey are called "port replicators" these days.

It's a Kensington Universal Docking Station that connects via USB and will at least give you most of the functions.
