Unhappy Feel like I'm about to die!!!!!

I’ve decided, to get ready for Egypt (which, may I add, is but a mere 4 weeks and 4 days away ) to get fit and toned up!

I’ve just walked about two miles to work with a colleague and we both feel ready to keel over!

Not looking forward to the walk back……because it’s up hill!!!

Its nowhere as efficient a workout though. Running is probably the best excercise you can do as it requires very little equipment (appart from a good pair of running shoes), can be done anywhere (within reason) and is very flexable as it can be done at different intensities (low for fat burning -> high for stamina training).

Running is quite good fun too.... Saying that I don't do it outside at this time of year, myself. Far too cold and dark by the time I get home from work!

Thats not the point of running at this stage. Its the fact that i did it! Probably about 10 -12 minutes if you are that interested.
