| M$ Access 2003 help I've got a fairly simple database set up for tracking in-house orders. All is working well when the database is opened in Access 2000 / XP. However, when opened in Access 2003 SP1, one of the reports displays the contents of a record sub-form for the first record only. All the subsequent records have blank sub-forms. This doesn't happen in earlier versions of Access. I've trawled arount t'internet but to no avail. Anyone out there know owt about this sort of stuff? And yes, I know what system I should be using rather than Acce$$.

you could downgrade the access 2003 to xp /2000 or I can search out the really geeky forums I tried to get to help me when I was using the hated access |

| Woz, You could try www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums Not sure what is happening here, but you could try deleting the subform and re-binding it to the main form. Sure I've come across this before, but all the DB's we write are now in vb.net, got rid of Access once and for all! BTW, did you convert the db from an earlier version? |

Anyhoo- the DB is in 2000 format. Works fine when opened in 2000, 2002, XP but not in 2003. Arse.

| If the database is small enough to zip and mail, I can check it in all three versions for you. |

| Is the subform a continuous form? If this is the case, there is a known bug (ANOTHER ONE!) with conditional formatting in Access 2003. Here's the blurb from Msoft: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;555033 |
