Including me, in fact I know utterly jack shit about Japanese cookery, other than Santoku blades are fantastic knives, got about a dozen of them now. (none of the mega expensive posh ones though.)

well, if you fancy giving your mouth an assullt on the senses then try these Japanese Octopus balls:

Or if you want to impress the "wife" make her a korean bimbap. Its one of the healthiest meals in the WORLD, and it just tastes AWESOME.

Ive introduced a number of people (Australian, Germans, English) to it, and its now one of the most popular "work lunch" dishes for my friends. Its sooooo simple, but the tastes are just WOW....:

    Thanks for the update

One question that comes to mind - as India has a massive coast line and lots of rivers, why don't we see many Indian fish dishes? (I did have a very nice fish curry in Portsmouth some years ago) Any chance of including some in the traditional Indian section, please?

Our local curry house serves a few fish dishes, some with salmon or trout, others with un-named 'Indian river fish' which could frankly be anything.

For some reason, I find the idea of fish curry incredibly unappealing. No idea why, as I like both fish and curry. Perhaps I should just try it some day.
If you have to think about it for more than thirty seconds, you probably shouldn't get in.
