| Erm... we're talking about a film where an evil emperor takes over the universe, where starships battle with death stars manned by people with fish tails coming out of their heads, where clone armies fight teddybear renegades aided by robots, where interplanetary travel is represented as possible in real time (and everyone speaks english apart from Wookies) and where small green creatures spout philosophy and fight with lightsabers... And then you query the realism of Aniken surviving the injuries he sustains... Erm... reality check anyone

| Going to see it this weekend with a very reluctant Mr. I was so dissapointed by the first one, I didn't even bother with the second one. I'm hoping that the slightly darker storyline will make up for the poor previous efforts! The one big question is though, is Jar Jar Binks in this one? Does he get mangled in a graphic stylee/fall into a river of lava a la Gollum? If not, why not? Oh, if you're reeeeeaaaallly bored, you could try this: Twisted by the dark side, young Skywalker has become...

| Yes, sadly Jar Jar and the other big wobbly green fella from the first one do make cameo appearances, but only as queenies entourage so they don't say anything or play any part in proceedings. Unfortunately they don't die a horrible death at the hands of anyone - maybe we can keep our fingers crossed for an extra scene in the 'special edition' DVD |

| I must admit I was disapointed that the frog did not come to a violent end. The story writers(?) must of had a legion of star wars nerds working on tieing up all the continuity threads. Whilst on the thread of violent demise, does anybody else wish bad things to the orange film board in the pre film ads?? I was praying for vader to shish kebab the lot.
