The staining mostly comes from tobacco and caffeine, so you could stop any of these you are enjoying.

Having said that the thing that surprised me is that not everyone has white teeth naturally, most are 'off white', and the white colour they seek is actually unnatural.

Options for whitening including whitening toothpastes (not effective), home bleaching (can damage teeth and gums), dentist applied bleaching (as before but lower risk), laser whitening (scary flashy light thingies).

Alternatively, forget about the teeth, buy a dremmel and use that for casual sex (?????)

Anyway, back to teeth. It's a shame they don't defoliate like .....erm, that's trees that do that isn't it? ..... exfoliate like skin.

My son has just been to London and paid 500 quid for bleaching privately. He still has not had any sex directly as a result (casually or otherwise AFAIK) but he has a nice white grin and says it has boosted his confidence enormously.

Everything is scary if you have a really close look!

At my age I couldn't pull a daisy let alone a woman nor run fast enough if SWMBO found out!

I think I need to start drinking properly again. 4 or 5 pints of Confidence a night should resolve the problem?

It's an in-surgery technique that I have found far more effective than any home bleaching kits we have tried.
Takes one hour---------the whitening that is, only you know about the casual sex duration!! :-)

Not suitable for everyone, but for those cases it is, it's a good system.

Alternativly, you may prefer to rely on a lecherous wink, and a winning personality :-)
