| I loved Spirited Away (Sen to Chihro no Kami Kakushi). I saw it in the cinema when it was released - it had been out for a month and the room was still packed, with all ages of people! I haven't actually managed to see the moving castle one yet, but the Miyazaki films I like have to include (my approximate English translations in brackets...) Tonari no Tottoro (My Neighbour Tottoro) and Mononoke Hime (Princess Mononoke). These films include a lot of old Japanese fairy tales and folk lore and are so popular here it blows your mind. There is even a Studio Gibli museum somewhere near Tokyo... Miyazaki has done A LOT of animations, but Tottoro, Mononoke and Sen to Chihiro are, IMO, his best. Cheers!
