Talking Personal Milestone
Tomorrow is my first anniversary of being 'dry' (as in no alcohol) - over the last 12 months I have probably consumed the grand total of 1 pint of beer (which for those of you who may have known me for a long time is no small feat!). Share prices in Guiness Kaliber have rocketed since last July but it was the best decision I ever made. No hangovers, more energy and a much nicer personality have been some of the 'side effects'. My work ethic has also rocketed and I am now doing things in my spare time I always talked about but never got round to.

Why am I telling you? I'm telling EVERYONE!!!!
