A Sad Goodbye to TotP

I can't believe we're losing Top of the Pops.

How many generations have grown up tuning into the 'their' music world with TotP. It certainly played a huge part in my rockin' youth.
At my boarding school TV was only allowed at certain times over the weekend but we were allowed to watch Top of the Pops every Thursday evening after supper. We were even allowed to defer prep time until it had finished !!

Nowadays I enjoy re-runs of ToTP2. Farewell TotP, long may she re-run

Wink No great loss...

It hasn't been up to snuff since the early 80s, and even then the music was questionable.

I love top of the pops 2 - as for the other one.. not really, but I guess it is great for young people (of which I am not one... anymore - )
