YD Mafia Names

Please before we go any further on this thread can we understand that this post is meant in ALL innocence. It is not a dig or anything else other than a bit of fun!


I have from time to time seen the term 'YD Mafia' posted on the forum and it got me thinking. If I/you was a member of the (imaginary) YD Mafia, what would my/your MAFIA name be and why?

I thought of two for me, the first being

Mikey (Scarface) Hopkins

Mikey because all Mafia names are either 2 letters long as in 'AL' or end in Y as in Mike(y) or Mick(y)

Hopkins because that obviously is my surname

and SCARFACE because I have a scar that runs from the top of my forehead to the bottom, right in the middle of my head from a drunken night out at my then Sister & Brother in Law's house. Ps (No one but myself was hurt in the making of this nickname)

The second one - somebody else suggested and I for the life in me cannot understand , this was

Mikey (FATS) Hopkins

What would your YD MAFIA name be and why?

Surely we should find names for each other or we'll just pick cool ones

Like Finless could be The Brain while Soggy would be Mr Burb LOL

Turbie and Kirstie could have some kind of "Bonny & Clyde" thing going on, or maybe "Shaggy & Scooby" LOL (I'm gonna get killed for that)
Buoyant Babe - Harlot ?
Duncan Price - Shadow Man

Copperband would definately be Smiler, Colgate or maybe Lips

Tricky could be "Pretty Boy" (I mean it in the nicest possible way Tricky)
Tootricky should probably be called "Eclectic" - (can Mafia types say "Eclectic" ? hee hee)

Of course Richard Mason would have to be Devil
and someone has to be The Doctor

As for me, while I'd rather some kind of cool Panthersque type name, I reckon "Gold" as in "nugget"

Well I don't think "The Kissmeister" sounds very Sicilian Are we building the German Mafia here ?

"Spider and Tongues " might work though
