I believe there is a term called transferred malice which means if I push you over and you die later from a condition that you had then I am legally culpable if it can be reasonably assumed that the push was a factor in your death.

I just think it's something that everybody should see, and think seriously about.

And rightly so. Of course some people will want to row about it for reasons of their own, but I am able to tune out white noise quite effectively. Anyway - I think questions need to be asked as to why this guy was treated this way. Colleagues of mine were on the receiving end of some nasty crap that day and they didn't react like this at all. Like they say - one bad apple spoils the barrel.

Mr Shaw - Calling me a wanker based on a parking ticket 20 years ago doesn't really make you seem all that right for reasonable discussion, so I'll drown you out until you seem less..........objectionable.

I agreed that the coppers in THAT video were wankers. I did not say that the coppers who I see day to day were wankers, That's the benefit of reasoned argument - being able to separate fact from opinion. Just because you have a bee in your bonnet with the police doesn't make your calling us all wankers a reasoned argument. As for what I put in my profile - it's a fact based joke. I am paid by the government - "government sponsored" and I consider myself "militant" because I don't blindly follow orders. I question what I see and hear and base my decisions on the best information available. For example - your recent posts point you out to be a twat. As I am assessing all sources of information on the matter I have yet to decide if you are one or not. Rest assured you will be first to know when I have decided.

Transferred Malice is something else, when i swing to hit you, but miss and hit someone i actually intended no harm to, i have assaulted that person my malice has been transfered to someone else
