Right, i have been training hard.

The bike has been cleaned and greased and i am all ready to cycle the gruelling 40 miles from London to Windsor in aid of charity.

That's right. I am taking part in the Palace to Palace ride tomorrow for the Prince's Trust.

It seemed like a good idea at the time and it has encouraged me to make an effort in getting myself fit.

So look out for a new superfit me at a divesite near you.
