| Not sure of the legalities of it, but as you need to come onto it from other public roads it probably doesn't make much difference. They may also have local bylaws or something that cover it maybe? Or a condition of using it may be that all normal UK laws apply...? |

| The police do hang around and catch people occasionally. The Ass chief const of Manchester was one of the first to get done. I was using it when it first opened and for a while the Police ignored it, but then had a big crackdown one Monday, hiding Police cars behind bridge supports and caught loads of people. Luckily my car doesn't go that fast so I wasn't in danger of being caught! Tell your SWMBO to be careful going round corners and dips where there are hinding places for patrol cars!

| Could be total B******s but i think i read somewhere that because the road was built by a partnership of private investors and government money all the normal rules and regulations are enforced!
