How do I make a funky avatar?
Ok. I've changed my avatar to the London Festival of Diving thing, but it looks a bit weedy, and I'm worried about what the girlies will think.

So how do I make an avatar that fades between two pictures - ie my KISS one and the Festival of Diving one?
