| Changed jobs twice this year (that's unusual even for me), think I've found one I like now. Not much worse than working where you arent happy. Best of luck to both of you. Matt |

| Good luck with your new job! In the past I've found that once I've handed in my notice I am able to relax and end up enjoying my job! I've only got just over 5 weeks until I finish here for maternity leave and am being made redundant during maternity leave. And I'm counting down the days!! So what is it that you're going to be doing?? (or have you already posted and I've not read it yet?) |

I've been with my current employer for 10 years, and I'd love to be a fly on the wall after 20th November when they start to realise how much I actually know about the job & the rest of them don't! Richard |

| Just bear in mind that everything that goes wrong after you leave will of course have been your fault. Matt |

It sounds really boring, but I'll be joining an Independent Financial Adviser doing research & report writing for pension transfer advice, which they then present to their clients. Richard |

and you can bask in the glow that the place has fallen apart without you being there... nothing worse than things getting better once you're not involved - gives you that nagging worry that actually it could be you!
