You remember those emails that get sent round with the funny laws sill on the statute books but never enforced, like London cabs having to have bales of straw in the back. Well, South Carolina has a law banning sex between an unmarried heterosexual couple. Ha ha you think, they'll never enforce that again.

Well it seems they just have
