Problem with this whole debate is that it is fundamentally unrelated to any religion - it is an issue of wearing jewellery at work. Quite how someone as supposedly intelligent as the archbishop can let himself be drawn into such a stupid press-fuelled argument is totally beyond me. Seemingly he's more interested in little political jabs at BA than he is in the truth behind the story.
