How apt.
Whilst on a train today i was flicking throgh the Guardian when I found this story. It wasn't so much the content which caught my eye but the name of the spokesperson mentioned. Given the subject matter could there be a more perfect name?

Had a slight noise coming from my front wheels the other day. Today I had to have new front pads, disks and fcukin calipers and two new tyres. Merry fcuckin xmas. Hence using the train whilst the cash (and piss) extraction technicians went to work.

mine went in this a.m.
got the phone call - complete with sucking in noise through teeth..
"have to order the parts in special... it was 2007 when you needed it back...?"
and On Call this w/e - mileage allowance on the bike is a lot less than in the motor!

Incidently whilst on the afore mentioned train journey I was treated to a hillarious encounter between a very drunk teenaged girl and and an elderly ladies guide dog. What was this thread about again?

Well it probably loses a lot in translation but the girl in question fell into the category of the 'everyones friend' type drunk. She staggered up the carriage apologising to all the passengers for no obvious reason until she came upon the guide dog lying in the aisle. "I'll be very careful not to step on your lovely dog" she slurred and just as she was halfway through taking a hugely exagerated step over the dozing mutt, the train lurched slightly and she fell right on top of it. To her credit she still had hold of her can of Tennants. Drunk, dog and blind person were unharmed.
