Will I get it.
Today Woolworths appear to have made a mistake on their on line site and a sharps 32in LCD HD ready TV was on offer for £150.00. I was able to order one and have the confirmation order number. Now will I get one? I guess no but maybe they will hand out a instore money off voucher.

ps Its to late to try the web site is off line now

If you have confirmation surely it is now a legaly binding contract of sale and you should get it for that price. They can make the price up wrong and then refuse to sell it. But in your case the sale has gone through

You lucky bleeder. I was given a leaflet in woolworths for the very same tv yesterday and their special price was £399.00.

Yes! Goods on display in a shop are there for you to make an offer to buy, the shop is not obliged to accept your offer. The same applies where goods have been labelled with the wrong price; the shop does not have to sell at that price.

But if the transaction has already been proccesed then your proablely on to a winner. Have you acctualy paid for the TV or just reserved it?

But haven't they already technically sold it at that price? The money has been taken, the confirmation of sale has been made?
