HELP PLEASE! Sheet music for a funeral.
My lovely Grandma died yesterday.

One of the songs she wanted at her funeral was "When you come to the end of a perfect day". This is likely to be an old song (she was 90). Does anyone please have the words and sheet music or can find me a link to it?
