| wow I got cold feet literally went to the doc this morning because one of my toes was swollen and hurt when touched. when he inspected it, he said something like err you do know 3 other toes are also inflamed and red. quick look at the other foot, right you are doc! didnt even notice apparently I have some chillblain? chillpain? or some malarky like that. basically too cold but it should heal in a weeks time or so, but it itches and hurts like a bugger. apparently due to the blood flow back into the toes. right..... anyway have reaquistioned a small heater fan for my office now so i no longer freeze my arse off!hmm wonder if I can claim from those injurylaws4you kinda thing and join the bandwagon of stupid lawsuits ![]() |

| Chillblains. Pain in the ar$e, or foot, actually. Yes, they itch like mad! I used to get them and I was told they were caused by feet getting too cold, then rapidly warmed, like putting them on a hot water bottle, or to close to a heat source. I haven't had them for a few years now, basically, because I try not to let my feet get cold, and if they do, I warm them with socks or rubbing rather than a radiator.
