| Fitness is certainly in my new years 'hit' list. I will make a list every week to include: Weight Km run. I have a fixed run and time myself comparing times later. Km walked km cycled km swam Dives made I'm a firm believer of exercise to reduce weight, the problem is getting to exercise!

| Sounds like an excellent idea. I was assaulted about 10 years ago and had 2 and a half years of treatment to recover from it. I found it hard to be motivated back then and still do now! I'm in. James |

| I've tried motivation but that didn't work so I've opted for sheer terror and signed up with two mates to do next year's Etape du Tour. I have very serious doubts that I can physically get fit enough to finish it but I am going to try! Will start by setting up the indoor trainer tonight.
