Yeah I'm a member on there and book the races through their system. I guess if I'm willing to travel there will be races every week, but 30mins around Cardiff and maybe down to Swansea is my limit

Are you nuckin' futs? That would kill me at the moment

I'm going to do a nice easy 10km around Roath Park tonight to see how it goes (well I'll be timing it because of this race).

What are the sprint-tri times? I'm thinking it would probably take me 1.5hrs to do all that (and I haven't been on a real bike in about 6 years!).

Been down the swimmin baths while it was quiet and done about 40 lengths, think my arms will ache a bit tomorrow.

I just brought one of these scales that measures 'Fat Mass'. I weigh 84.8kg with a Fat Mass of 22.5kg. So I have 22.5kg of lard in me! Though I don't know if it's good a bad, sounds bad to me though.
