Faxing Shearwater in Canada
I'm currently trying to fax a HUD order to Shearwater Inc in Canada, and I'm having problems getting it to go through. I'm dialling 011 (IDD) 1 (Country Code) followed by the company number.

What am I doing wrong?

the 011 is for dialing out of canada. You need to dial the country code only. Dial 001 then the number

One too many zeros and ones I think. I think it should be 001 then the rest of the number.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.
