1 hr 20 mins normal time or 6 hrs 86 mins in chasey ratio time to fill the boat, with a mixture of well 'ard (well one ) rebreather divers, rebreather kn*bs, oc divers, even two of "them" sneaked on board. This is YD at its best. Even though Paul organised it.

My son-in-law is South African and so l've had the dubious delight of trying to eat the tough raw meat they call biltong.

I have over the years eaten loads of Biltong and Jerky - well into both of them, however using them as emergency rations in the field gives you an appreciation of their qualities

Used to work with a South African girl who went out once a week to a specialist food shop to buy Biltong... I then used to sit and eat it all afternoon - although can't persuade SWMBO to try it after I told her what it was!!

Beats jerky any day!!

Biltong is great! I particularly like Kudu or Ostrich. Of course the user name gives no clue does it?

No clue at all!!!

They do an ostrich biltong? Must try and track some of that down!!

What's the difference between biltong and jerky?

I think I've had jerky, pre-packaged from the supermarket. Very tasty.
