| Local Devon news So here in Nottingham we get stories of guns, drug and prostitution, sometimes in the same story. In contrast here's a story from the Ivybridge and South Brent Gazette, a Devon based paper: "A garage in Long Drive, Modbury, was broken into on Thrusday night last week. The intruder tried to remove a stereo from the car parked inside and also stole a bottle of Tango" So let me get this right- this article was reporting the theft of a bottle of Tango. Excellent.

| If only all news was this mundain (SP??) We'd be living in a much nicer place.. |

| I think my favourite Ivybridge and South Brent Gazette story was this one (apologies if it offends anyone but I thought it was funny): "Local woman dies attempting suicide" Apparently she was standing on a chair hanging up a noose from a beam when she slipped and fell off the chair, hitting her head on the fireplace and bled to death.

| Not the best story I've ever had in my local paper! Can't remember the headline but it was informing the more stupid residents of Exmouth that the roof on some foundations wasn't the result of a collapse, but it was a prefab house waiting for its walls. Almost too difficult to admit |
