searching the records?
Ok.... I've tried and failed, so can anyone help?

there was a thread last year about a theft in a london hotel that the insurers wanted to pay out some paltry sum under the hotel propriotors act ..... but it went to te high court and they had to pay out loads.

Can anyone find a reference to this?
