No fags 2 weeks
Right then. I've not had a fag for 2 weeks. I feel great. Kind of. I still want them, but I don't, if you know what I mean. I want to taste it and feel how I feel after I have a fag, but I don't want to smoke. Very strange.

I'm still not sure about the whole thing. I just gave up because I got to the end of a pack and I didn't want to buy another, and didn't want to smoke any more.

Jen hates me smoking, so all good there, and I actually feel healthier. I'm probably not healthier, but it feels that way. Jen is good for my health. She even got me eating vegetables and not drinking litres of coke every day. Got to start training for this running thingy in May, and I reckon I stand a chance now. It's only 6 miles, but it's going to take a bit of work.

No patches, no pretend fags, nothing. Just stopped. Just like that. From 10 a day and probably 20 a day at weekends to feck all. Overnight. The first day I didn't even miss it, the second day was ok too. I had a few tough hours where I had to find something else to do, playing on the internet or going out somewhere I couldn't smoke, but it seems to be ok.

Anyway, on with YD. Just wanted to tell someone. I know lots of people give up smoking, and I've done it before, but this time I reckon it might work.

That's exactly how me and Mr Helen did it. Haven't smoked since July 2000 and I will never again. The fourth day was the worst for us for some reason. Well done Jack. Have a green

Well done m8, its one of the hardest things you'll ever do, but soooo worth it in the long run.

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.
