 Sponsor a YDer and support a charity I have entered the Castle 100 ride, a 100 mile charity cycle in support of Action Medical Research. The charity raises money for medical research in various fields and has helped drive developments in vaccines, epilepsy and orthopaedic procedures to name just a few. Their current campaign is called "Touching Tiny Lives" and is geared towards research in premature babies and other aspects affecting newborns and their mothers. More info here: Action Medical Research - Touching Tiny Lives Campaign - Campaign Overview The Castle Ride is part of that campaign and the idea is that each participant raises at least £25 for the charity (in addition to his entry fee). They are aiming at 500 or more participants this year. It is a tough route starting from Tonbridge Castle and covering some of the same route as the opening stages of the Tour de France!
